Lemmings (former forum) won the COD4 finals! They beat 8bits in a great and close fight 21-17.
A short game review by wl|Seven:
First map in the Warleagues Primary Chaos cup final of Call of Duty 4 was Vacant and after a little dispute over the knifing round, Lemmings set out to attack.
After a lot of struggle Lemmings had a 6-4 lead attacking and set up their defenses tightly. 8bits snatched the first two rounds to tie the game 6-6. It seemed like this was going to be a close map but Lemmings wanted otherwise.
After a well rounded up defense the map ended 13-7 in favour of Lemmings and there wasn’t much hope (as I saw it in the 8bits camp.
How wrong was I? This was not ended, the fat lady had not sung just yet…
8Bits furiously crawled their way back into this game. Even though Lemmings, after defending 6-4 with only two rounds needed on attack to win the game, 8bits stood up hard.
8bits grabbed round after round and before finally having to let go of this game, the score being set to 21-17 and Lemmings won the glory.
Interview

“This is a team game, but the team agrees herbal was by far and the best an amazing player, and deserves alot of the credit, without him they would never have done it. Well played to everyone evolved and thanks to the admins.”
